Michael Gilham is CEO of FundBuild, where his responsibilities include forging strategic partnerships with Real Estate Developers and Investors, to provide Equity and Debt for Real Estate Investments. He is a licensed financial professional and currently holds both Series 7 and Series 63 security licenses. Michael also is the President of Retail Live, which produces Commercial Real Estate Networking events nationwide and has been involved in the Commercial Real Estate sector for the past 12 years focusing on development and construction of retail and office properties.

Before FundBuild, Robert founded and led two real estate investment platforms, and, which brought over $10 million in securities to the market and made three commercial multifamily real estate acquisitions. Acting as the President and CIO of FundBuild, Robert is a licensed financial professional and holds series 7 and 63 security licenses. His experience includes director and officer level positions at a venture capital backed software company.
Robert Reardon
Robert has a wealth of experience in private equity lending, acquisitions, finance, contracts and negotiation. He structures deals tailored to providing the investor with outstanding results; always providing expert guidance with local, national and international resources. Each individual investor benefits from Robert’s premium standard of excellence, unparalleled in the real estate industry. Robert’s professional reputation and personalized service have continually surpassed client expectations. He builds lasting relationships by establishing trust and facilitating seamless closings; even on the most complex transactions.
Robert Dinan
Glenn’s 23 years in finance and real estate began in Westchester County New York in 1992 at Great Western Bank. The move to JP Morgan Chase in 1997 proved to be a good one, as Glenn qualified twelve consecutive years for The Leader’s Club, recognizing his outstanding loan production in residential loan originations. Working with Corporate Affinity Accounts, Glenn managed industry giants such as Deloitte LLP, Boston Consulting Group, and Gartner Group. Eventually becoming the Senior Private Client Mortgage Banker JP Morgan Chase, he served on the Southeast Mortgage Banker Advisory Council for their launch into the Jacksonville market. In 2015, Glenn co-founded Bridge Lending Group LLC- a private equity fund which specializes in the origination and servicing of first position mortgage loans to seasoned property owners and real estate developers.
